Welcome to OUR GOOD BOYS, a fictional project hosted on the Wix.com platform and operated from Luxembourg. This policy explains how we handle your personal data — in simple terms.

We collect only what’s necessary, and only when you choose to engage.

  • Email address when you subscribe to our newsletter (managed by Kit)

  • Basic site cookies (see below)

  • Any information you submit via emails.

3. Cookies on this website

Essential cookies (non-optional)

Because our website is hosted by Wix, it uses a few essential cookies that are required for the site to function securely and correctly. These are automatically set and cannot be disabled, even by us. They do not track your personal behavior.

hs - Secures your session over HTTPS

We do not use:

  • Facebook Pixel

  • Wix Analytics

  • Wix Chat

  • Marketing or tracking apps

  • Social media integrations that set cookies

So: you won’t see a cookie consent banner, because nothing optional is loaded.

If that changes, we’ll update this policy and ask for your consent, as required.

4. Newsletter data

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We use Kit, a secure and GDPR-compliant service, to manage and send emails. Kit stores your data on servers located in the United States, protected by EU-approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

We never sell or share your address. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

5. Your rights under GDPR

You have full control over your data. You can:

  • Access what we hold about you

  • Correct or update your info

  • Ask us to delete it

  • Object to any use of your data

  • Request a copy of your data (data portability)

6. How long we keep your data

  • Email addresses: Until you unsubscribe

  • Form submissions: As long as needed to respond

  • Cookies: As per Wix default settings (session-based or max 12 months)

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), protect all subscriber data via Kit, and rely on Wix’s secure infrastructure for hosting. Both providers comply with European data protection standards.
